My storyboards!

Here's me with my storyboards up on the white board! It feels so nice to see your work appreciated by other people! I'm really happy to actually work as a storyboard artist this early in my career. I'm learning a lot and it's helping me improve as a storyboard artist.

These are the boards I mentioned on my last post. These boards are for a teaser of an upcoming project from our studio. I'll upload these boards here on my blog once the teaser is publicly released.

UPDATE: I'll just be uploading these boards on my portfolio site. My portfolio site will feature some of my works which will only be shown there

Graduation!

Wooooh!!! Finally graduated from college last Saturday! Thank you friends, professors, family and God!

ANIFEST V

This is kind of a long post, but bear with me, it's all fun! So no Sketch-A-Day for today, I decided to continue it some other time. Though I will continue to sketch everyday if I can. I just need some time to practice my craft more, I believe I still need to improve more. A lot more. It's fun practicing and seeing yourself evolve. And when I can, I'll upload my works again for you to see! :D

Well anyway, this is a little bit of a late upload, MY BATCH'S ANIMATION FESTIVAL!:

First up is my booth. My collaterals which consisted of my pins, key chains and calling cards were wiped clean in about 30 mins-1 hour I think. Thank you to all of those who supported my film!:

Thesis External Defense

Hey guys, this upload is a little bit late but here it is. Finally! My external defense for my film: Chase! This was last Monday, and I am very very very happy with the result of the defense, and of course, with what the panelists said about my film! There were 4 panelists who are professionals in the film industry. A lot of positive feedback went my way and I was so surprised that they liked it that much. It was really fun, along with my professors, friends and co-defenders, cheering and supporting me while I presented my film. It was such a wonderful experience, one that I will never forget.

Graduation Film: Chase - Production Bible

Hey everyone! Here's a sneak peek at my film's production bible. It contains pre-production work of my film, from studies to final designs, and many more. This is what I presented to the panelists when I defended my thesis last Monday. It's a shame I have to surrender my bible to my school for documentation. However, I would like and I will try to publish another copy for myself when I can. Here it is!:

Art Book

So I just had my Internal Defense (which is like a mock defense) for my thesis earlier, and it was a success! It went really really well! I presented my graduation film: Chase along with my process of tackling this project, from Pre-Production up to Post-Production.

And yes, my film is finished! A bit more polishing and added scenes, and revisions suggested from the Internal Defense panelists earlier, and I'm ready my for my External Defense! My External Defense will be on the 3rd of December, while our Animation festival, which will showcase my batch's graduation films, will be on December 14.

I am so excited for our Animation Festival! I already have my collaterals for my film which I will display at my booth during the festival. I cant wait to take pictures and upload it after our Animation Festival!
