Dark Knight
Just a quick sketch I did this morning of the dark knight using the cintiq tablet at my school. I did this as a morning warm up doodle while waiting for my class to begin. I played around with the brush tool and tried to get the shadows and highlights:

inFamous
So I thought since summer is going to end here in the Philippines, and I'm going to work on my thesis film once again, I thought I should learn, practice, and make more artworks while I can. And lately, I've been craving to play a game called inFamous, again. It's one of my favorite games, and so I've decided to make a fanart of the main hero and villain, Cole and Kessler. I practiced different ways of coloring and inking in photoshop, as well as drawing the characters in a stylized form, in what I envisioned them in my mind, in my style, to make them come to life. And I learned a lot while making this artwork. Here it is!:
Cole Progress:
Kessler Progress (I had a hard time deciding on the eyes of Kessler, in the end I decided for it to be plain grayish white since I think it looks more sinister):

Watercolor Practice
This was the very first time I tried using watercolors. I had so much fun and I learned a thing or two about tones and mixtures of colors. I recently bought a waterbrush and some watercolors, and I can't wait to get started on painting again!
First, here is a sketch of my professor's glass water bottle:
And here is another sketch of his water bottle which I decided to paint:
And his hat:

Gift
This is a sketch I did on a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf napkin. One late night, me and my friends were hanging out at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf near our school, and one friend told me that we have to draw something, a sort of a collaboration of our artworks, for our other friend (currently not with us at that time) as a surprise for her birthday. And since our other friend's birthday was the next day, I had to do it on the spot so that it would be finished and ready for her big day. But I didn't have any paper with me at that time, so I grabbed the napkin next to me, and I started to sketch the birthday girl. Here it is:
And here is the final look of my "gift" to my friend colored in photoshop:
